Before you get your program and intro email, I need some info from you. To move forward, please download and complete the following forms:

  1. Download and complete excel sheet. Make sure to follow naming convention: First_Last_SSF_Coaching.xlsx
  2. Download and complete questionnaireMake sure to follow naming convention: First_Last_SSF_Coaching.doc
  3. Take video of Squat/Bench/Deadlift. If you don't have videos of your lifts, or don't know your training maxes, no worries; film a challenging set of 2-5 reps for each lift sometime this week. Send either a YouTube link or video files.
  4. Send all files in an email to coaching@strongstrongfriends.com Once you send these, I will start putting together an intro email to get us acquainted, feedback of your lifts and
